When you are in your home or office, do you often feel uncomfortable or uninspired? Do you often feel overwhelmed by clutter or spend time searching in frustration for things you’ve misplaced? Have you avoided doing anything about it because you think it will take too much time, effort or money?
If so, this workshop is for you …
“Feng Shui”, the ancient Chinese art of placement, can help you create an organized, comfortable and inspiring environment in your home or office by making simple and inexpensive changes – changes that can lead to better health, more energy, less stress, and an increased sense of well-being. It can be a helpful adjunct tool to other wellnes modalities such as acupuncture, massage and meditation.
In this two hour workshop, Certified Feng Shui Consultant Jennifer Brown will teach you:
- The connection between your environments and our physical and mental health;
- Basic principles of the psychology of space, professional organizing, and feng shui, including utilizing the bagua and five elements;
- Simple ways to apply the principles to your own space;
- Practical tips for improving the “feel” of a space almost immediately
In Part One of this series on October 22nd, you will learn about the impact of your environment on your physical and mental health, feng shui basics, yin/yang theory, and the Chinese five elements.
Part Two is on November 19th, and you will learn about the Bagua Map, creating a unique space in your home and office to support relationship, creativity, health and prosperity.
